Purchased some Refurb SFF desktops from a company , but when the computes arrived i would barely call them refurbished, the state of the Desktops was Poor, dirty from the outside and inside , i looked like the company had only wiped the harddrives and that's about it. i also asked for 8GB RAM but all machines came with 4 GB of RAM , contacted the company about the missing extra ram but i am being Ghosted. any Advice what i can do, should i just return all the computers and ask for a refund ? the company is Gigacycle.co.uk if anyone's intrested thanks

we have the same issue, the client is running of a shared drive, all windows 7 Machines are fine but the application crashing on windows 10 machine very frequently , so far no permanent solution in sight i guess papercut really need to look at the issue

Seems like everyone is using RDS for staff remote access, i will have to look into this , as most staff want access to 4Matrix server. Cheers for everyone replies

Hi all how does your staff remote in to school network if you are on LGFL i know about RAV3 Cisco anyconnect client and then RDP, is anyone using anything other then RAV3. cheers

hi No we were never able to sort it out , even with out Gsuite which gives us the ability to send 10,000 emails a day, i gave up and told the Finance team to go for the paid option from Bromcom first ever MIS system to charge for SMTP relay

hi has anyone been able to setup this for Gsuite which allows upto 10000 emails, i am having issues to get Gsuite smtp to work with bromcom.

i am looking to get away from RM to an alternative system, RM is not cutting it for me, i have no experience of any other system it would be great if someone can post some Pro's and Con's of Impero or an alternative system which can help me fight the case so i can get rid of RM, any help would be greatly appreciated... Hi, We are a secondary school and are going ahead with meraki wireless solution ,we are looking to give student guest access to the wireless network, we have RM Smartcache proxy on site, as on the meraki there is now option to point it through our smartcache proxy, from what i have searched around , our option is smoothwall express, i have installed smoothwall on one of the VM hosts , and that's about it, i have no idea how to setup the transparent proxy so that meraki would go through to internet via the smoothwall, ( i will be able to get a standalone box for the smoothwall) any help with the setup would be really appreciated thanks

sorry to kinda hijack i am in the middle to doing that... just installed a vinella win7 machine and did smartclient to it... but the mac doesn't seem to like, after teh smartclient commands it reboots , when it boots in to windwos nothing's happening , all i get is just a black screen .
