Probably did not explain it fully, we already use liberum for our IT helpdesk, but I was wanting to keep a facilities one separate from this. I can use another copy of liberum and set it up for this, but I thought maybe some of you use something different maybe for this use, e.g. broken windows, doors, clean up etc.

I run my own hosting server, which I run my clients on, now I am in the ICT educational gang, I would be open to offering some cheap hosting, I would not be in it to make money of you guys, (http://www.edugeek.net school users only) just cover my costs. It would be running PHP4/5 MySQL, Linux system. You would get a web admin control panel to configure emails, domain, sub domains, Mysql, etc. At the moment I dont host domains, but they can be easily pointed using the old name server names. I dont run anywhere near what the large people host (zen, heart) so speed would be very quick. If anyones interested, let me know?

I am just doing this now, I am the cause of the previous thread, muwahahaha....... Id does require the SMTP service on exchange to be installed Add/remove programs, and also the Exchange SDK kit to be installed.

We are using Symantec Security for Exchange and I can read on quite a few sites that this uses annotations (disclaimers). Though I can not see anywhere in the config to do this? Does anyone use this? Thanks

We are going through multiple antivirus/antispam solutions, so that is all taken care of. We are a Windows environment currently.

Hi Does anyone have a copy of the freeware version of GFI Essentials that used to be available, as this version includes a non expiry version of the Exchange disclaimer part that does not expire after the 60 evaluation. They are no longer offering this as a download. Alternatively does anyone have any other FREE software that will add a disclaimer to Exchange for all outgoing emails? Thank you
