Very nice job mate, the only thing i would say is that i viewed it from one of our schools client machines and the menu and carasole images took there time... meaning the graphical fade was laggy. The PHP Pageing system keeps the user on "index.php" and each page is cached on first visit... and updates to the site reloads the cache and the cache is then re-loaded on next page visit... if you understand that...
