I value my body highly. So I get top money when it's sold. All serious-ness we had a brand new school built, sort of still managed to get BSF Funding, in the cancellation period. Hard to explain! We was lucky put it that way

Got it all sorted, just didn't work on my jailbroken device, use my other iPad and bang straight away, same on phone, it's a truly great app! IT Teachers are loving it, and works really really well! Should get promoted more on these boards, will help many!

Hmmm no spare server to get everything up and running on will need ASp enabled and stuff, were all in the cloud!

It's a much needed tool! We had one on our old windows set-up but were now FULLY Apple, bar the servers. WiseSoft is a windows only app! A web based utility would also do the job!

Morning All, At the moment it's becoming a pain in the a$$ resetting passwords as always, but this years seams to be the worst. Now being an IT Admin I just remote to the server (windows based) and open AD, reset the password. Is there a utility out there that works on the mac so we can give it to the IT Teachers so they can reset passwords instead of sending the kids down to us? Thanks!

Onelan - different layouts on multiple screens?
betty02 replied to theeldergeek's topic in AV and Multimedia Related
Yes. I know you've said you've done it but as said if you create a new channel and subscribe which ever TV's to that channel it will show the content/layout/data from the channel to the screen thats subscribed to it. So if you have 2 layouts, one on chan 1 and one on chan 2 you can subscribe one box to each - thus displaying different content! -
Using onelan here too, we have 1 main publisher and then a subscriber to all our single LCD's and then a separate subscriber to our TV wall, and I created 2 channels so we can screen different content to each subscriber and then different content to the TV wall. It is the first and only digital signage we've used here and I have design a really nice pro looking theme and got all the areas looking fantastic, it was a paint to get used to then I just jumped in, had a play and think it's fantastic. Given some training on this and the response is good. If your near Blackpool your more then welcome to come have a look at them and the software.

Major cock up! A local user profile got deleted from C:\Documents and Settings and then USER.SERVER was deleted with the understanding it was on a roaming profile. But it wasn't all documents and email settings were saved locally on in the USER.SERVER folder, so as soon as we found out we looked in recycle bin and nothing was there, tried to restore the system to Friday but that didn't work. So now the user has lost all there work, settings and stuff. Main question is - is there any way to restore the Docs and Settings folder? This isn't backed up to the server or anything so can't previous version it? Any help would be appreciated but I doubt I will like the answer as I don't think it's possible! Thanks Simon

Perfection as always!!!! How did you get the rings to stay a similar thickness? Here was my ailed attempt! As you can see my rings got gradually thinner? Maybe as I duplicated the layer as I was too lazy to go through the same process again and again? Perfect though if you have a .zip

Ha you did the exact same thing I did when they asked me to do it, remove the dated gradient rings and make it simple. However within minutes they asked for the gradients back Suppose there was no eye for class on employment of IT Teachers Thanks anyway matey. never fail to reply
