Anyone else seen Dark Crystal : Age of Resistance yet? I watched the first episode and seems pretty good so far. Though it may just be tapping into my nostalgia from the movie.

Godzilla: King of the Monsters Not the worst monster/action movie I have ever watched, but by no means the best one either. I can see where they tried to perhaps make it a bit more interesting however some of the plot was predictable and the characters actions made no sense. But all in all worth a watch if you like watching bit epic monster battles.

This week I have binged/finished the following: Stranger things S 3. Watched it over the course of 2 days with the missus. I enjoyed it.... however, it does feel a little like it is repeating the same story as before. I know there are differences and it has "grown up", but still. Won't stop us from watching S4 as and when it comes out of course. Finished The Boys today. Loved the show. The ending... didn't quite know what to do with that. I mean so many loose ends... But still, very good overall . Started/Finished the BBC show Ghosts. Very, very funny. Got a lot of the cast from Horrible Histories (the show I mean) and just well written. Can't wait from them to make more of it. Oh and started on Sex Education. This one grows on you, both me and the missus enjoying this one

Binged my way through Another Life on the weekend. Astronaut Niko Breckinridge is focused on searching the world for alien intelligence. She leads a crew that is on a mission to explore the genesis of an alien artifact that has been found on Earth. As Breckinridge and her young crew investigate, they face unimaginable dangers on what may end up being a one-way mission. Katee Sackhoff stars as Niko. Without giving anything away I must say that this show has sucked me right in (if that wasn't obvious with me watching the whole season 1 in under a week). Can't wait for season 2. Also started on the first episode of The Boys. Looks good so far

John Wick 3 I enjoyed this latest instalment of the John Wick series a lot. Though (and won't give too much away to avoid spoilers) at times it seems like he can't make up his mind as to what he wants to do. But it was pretty fast paced with the action and the story, such as it was, was good. Plus it nicely sets it up for future movies/spin offs. The only thing I would say is that it wasn't as good (IMO) as the first one.

Captain Marvel. Nice action flick with loads of little Marvel universe references as per usual. Not their best film IMO, but definitely not their worst one.
