It should be the password you use to telnet into the device as CNA just uses a load of telnet lines to control the switch(es).

MCITP - Server Administrator is probably the nearest equivalent to the MCSA, but without the client OS requirement that the MCSA had. The three courses that make it up all overlap the server portion of the 2003 MCSA so you'd want all three. +1 for Clickview and Clickview 24/7. It gets used because it works well.

If it's one of those then look at everything else first as long as you can see the virtual hard drive from the command prompt.

If you can see the drive from command prompt then it's more likely you need to sysprep -> generalize. If you can't see the drive then it could be the storage drivers, but if it's the Vista or Server 2008 Wim then I don't see why that wouldn't have it in.

Have you got 512 Meg or more of RAM allocated to the Virtual PC? If not allocate more RAM. Did you run sysprep prior to attempting to capture an image? If not run sysprep. In WDS press shift + F10 to bring up a command prompt. Can you do a dir c: (or possibly d:)? If you can't see the drive at the command prompt then it points to storage drivers. What wim is your WDS using to boot into capture?

Assuming you're trying to PXE boot to a server the physical PC can connect to. Bind the Virtual PCs NIC to the physical adapter of the PC. Settings->Networking. When you start the Virtual PC hit DEL to go into its "BIOS" and set PXE as the first boot option. Exit the BIOS saving the changes and then when it restarts it will go straight into PXE boot. (Edit: You'd worked it out as I was typing :-) - NAT will work. If you bind the Virtual PC directly to the physical NIC the Virtual PC will get its own separate lease)

They're a lot easier to carry than a rackmount. Think of a sturdy desktop tower case and they'd be on par with that. Having said that, I've seen some ludicrously cheap rackmount servers going on ebay. The ML110s (and similar) are quite desirable as home lab machines due to their size so they keep their price quite well and don't tend to go cheap on ebay. Value wise you would get more bang out of a secondhand rackmount, but a regular tower case is easier to lug around.

HP ML110 servers are pretty cheap. They're around £250ex but will need a bit of RAM stuck in them.

I rebuilt it for the umpteenth time and applied the hotfix this time round. Sysprepped and it worked first time. Edit: I should say although the KB article mentions deploying to another computer, I had the same issue with the sysprepped image on the reference machine and the hotfix cleared this up.

Your subnet mask is wrong on the switch. The mask for the VLAN117 (255.255.255.252) would only allow one other host address (10.100.13.194).

Exactly, for Casio to offer a 5 year warranty to education users they have to be fairly confident in the quality of the unit. -------------------- We've fitted a couple of them as testers and are absolutely delighted with them. With regards to them getting hot, what projectors don't get hot?

We use them a fair bit. Dead easy to use in anonymous mode. If you actually want results recorded against a specific pupil then there's a tiny bit of faff in making a class list, but once it's done you can re-use it. Brilliant time saver for multiple choice assessments and good fun to boot. On the plus side with the screws at least you shouldn't have too many battery covers go missing :-D

Have a look at CCNA CCNP Cisco Security Certification Exam, CCNA Boot Camp CBT I used his study guide as a revision tool and found it really useful. He also does rack rentals where you can play around with real gear. I have never compared others so don't know how keen his pricing is.
