We are reviewing our approach to pupil images and identities on public-facing platforms and I'd be interested to hear what other independent schools are doing. KCSIE 2025 places clear emphasis on safeguarding, online safety and protecting children from exploitation, abuse and misuse of personal information, but it doesn't prescribe a specific rule for school marketing images. That leaves schools to balance safeguarding, GDPR considerations, parental expectations and the practical reality that independent schools often rely on pupil imagery for admissions and marketing. Dear All, We have 30 Xenith Pro 2 running Firmware 2.0_214 with a Xendesktop 7.1 and a Storefront. We keep getting “Citrix Sign on Error” on certain clients. They get a DHCP address and are able to ping both DDC`s, both Storefront servers, the FTP server and the Licensing server, they are also on the same subnet and VLAN. I have tried factory resetting the terminals that are getting the Citrix sign on error but this has not helped. As far as I can tell storefront is in native mode (unticked), but I am aware the PnliteServer in the ini file is in the old legacy mode style, I have tried removing the Citrix/Storefront/PNAgent/config.xml but the clients then fail to connect completely. Dear All, Does anyone know of a music streaming service that is legal and within the terms and conditions of the provider to use with in schools. All the big players include in the T&C "for Personal use", "not for Commerical use" and "Not for public performance". To make things more complex i work for a Public School so we are a commercial entity. Something like Click view for music would be good. I have also considered hosting the MP3`s here and using amazon rip rights but there T&C preclude this use. Please can i have some feedback on what everyone else is doing ? Thanks Andy
