Having a bit of a play with One Drive seeing if it would be feasible to move user data from on-premise to One Drive and removing the need to store user data on site. For those who do this, would you mind sharing your experiences/issues in day to day use and (cheeky ask) would you mind sharing your GPO settings for One Drive and how you mapped user's home drives to one drive. Cheers.

Well it turns out that this time round, it is a new renewal and not an anniversary renewal! Which explains why the pricing is so different! Even so...... an increase of over £3,700 is ridiculous!

Finally had the quote through and i had to look at the quote twice as the cost increase by £3,700!!! I knew there was a price increase but that is ridiculous!!!! That is over 50% increase!!! Someone tell me this is a joke!

ESS Agreement expires end of this month and current supplier (Insight UK) are dragging their heals despite emails reminding them. Any recommendation for other suppliers. Cheers

After looking at this, the head asked me to get a company in to look at redesigning the room! So - does anyone have any recommendations on companies that will design, install benching and electrics etc Cheers

Currently looking at redesigning an IT suite to increase the number of computers from 22 to 32. I can cost most things, but roughly, what sort of ball park figure would the electrical work come to? 2 x 4.8 metre islands (12 doubles on each) 1 x 6.4m side wall ( 8 doubles) Last I didnt anything like this it was approx £40 a socket. Currently have BGInfo and papercut set to run via Group Policy at logon.We have noticed it can be hit and miss weather these actually run at logon, so I am thinking, would moving these to the startup folder on the startmenu make them more reliable at start up?How have other people launched BGInfo and papercut, etc.Cheers
