Have not posted for a while but for those who do remember me ( and know me a bit ) here is a picture I bet you all thought you would not expect to see..... And yep it's mine and yes I bought it and yes the more I use it the more I prefer it.

Thanks for that update.

Just read the terms etc - the software needs to phone home every 30 days so if you decide not continue paying anymore you can't use the software. Sounds like a business model that EA knock out. One big Con. Then they wonder why people go and visit sites like TPP.....

I've sent them an E-mail asking how its so cheap. Will be interesting to read if I get a reply.

I was thinking it was because it was for two licenses but I don't see that stated on the Apple Store - may have missed it....

Why is it, it's £649 in the Apple store and from here: Adobe Photoshop CS6 Mac Full Edition - Electronic Download | iSoftware only £329 What am I missing ?

How to get a life peerage the David 'we are all in it together' Cameron way !!

Who is this person ? I've never heard of them.

Which reminds me - I've still got some freenas boxes floating around and was going to try one of the dlna add ons for it - plex media is supposed to be good.

DLNA is a waste of time on any device I've found. Well I say that as I've only ever found a PC ( windows version ) that has MKV support. I'll stick to my Sumvision media player which even after 3 years still plays anything I chuck at it - Sumvision ( if played from an attached USB stick or hard drive ) 1080p, DTS, MP4, MKV etc. I have tried the DLNA aspect on it but again found it lacking.

Cameron's internet filter goes far beyond porn - and that was always the plan

Pretty much covers every project I've been involved with.....

Ooooo - look at you lot mocking me...... :-) I have a possible purchase in the pipeline - getting some details shortly. Thanks for all your replies so far.

Need a recommended web site please so I can >possibly< purchase a second hand Mac Book. Stop sniggering at the back.....

Another easy solution to 'MPs Second Homes' is to simply use the current spate of unused office blocks around London. Either that or build something for them - that way they won't have to worry about where they are going to live etc. I bet if that happened you would see over half of them not bothering to stand again......

I have an easy answer to that - DON'T DO THE JOB THEN. Representing your constituency is a privilege. They tell us that austerity is going to last for years to come, but are set to enjoy a pay rise. This at the same time of freezing public sector pay, hitting societies most vulnerable with the bedroom tax and forcing disabled people back to work. Old people WILL die this winter unable to afford heating while MP's stuff their pockets. We're all in it together... unless you're an MP.
