    I saw somewhere on the web you need indexing turned on with server 2008 to have the folder redirecting, this is assuming you're making the Windows 7 documents library redirect to a network folder for storage.

    Any new software installed? Find a machine and start uninstalling software after every beep until it stops

    If you're looking to deploy flash player updates via group policy, you'll need to apply to Adobe for a flash player license. I saw the link above. We've just recently done this ourselves as several sites need the updated flash, and Adobe seems to be pushing out a lot of updates recently.
