We are looking to roll out tablet devices and support various BYOD tablets on our network, I would like some sort of wireless printing through a web interface, something like IPP printing. does anyone have a solution that would work across multiple OS platforms on tablets to allow users to print direct to a printer in our network, all the printers are HP and all are networked plus we have networked toshiba copiers for colour jobs. Has anybody got any good ideas, would like a one stop solution if such a thing exists? Any ideas are welcome. Thanks

I've been searching the net trying to find some software either web based or installed on a server that will interact with our sharepoint for managing a fleet of mini buses. need to be able to book buses for staff members in a calander which would then be able to notify them that the bus is booked. preferable with a one line in the calander per minibus so that you can physically see all mini bus bookings for the whole day or week at once see link below. All the machines are running XP Pro so I dont think it applies to us, but will have a look anyway.

I’m having problems opening image files on memory sticks or copying other files to and from them. Only affects our HP pc’s the one that seems to be affected most is d7800 but we do some times get glitches with other models. 7800, 7700, 5150. Keep getting read write errors say disk full or not accessible. When view contents of stick you can see a thumb nail of the file but when you try open it you get a red cross in the middle of the screen and it won’t open it tried reinstalling USB drivers does not seem to make any difference. It happens both under admin and user accounts. Any one got any ideas

The navigation Pain is on the left and to the right is the submenu which relates to the area you are in e.g. left pain..........Sub menu Sports............Volley ball .....................Football .....................Tennis .....................Swimming What I want to do is move the item tennis up the list so it is above volley ball but I cant seem to find out how to do it. Every time I try to alter the order by going to Actions - Change Order it will only alow me to change the order in the left pain. anyone got any ideas it must be easy to do for someone who knows. Thanks for the reply but unfortunatley they are not same. I have no problem logging on to browser or any access at all I just want to know if on a share it is possible to set a blank password on an account called user.

I have two linkstations both with share called Media both with a user account of user, when connecting to them one requires a password and the other does not. Both where bought at same time, I have tried to set a blank password but the linkstation will not allow it. firmware version is same on both 2.16. I know these things can be a real pain in the arse but unfortunatley I'm stuck with them they were purchased by previous techy.any one got any ideas.
