Zammad should be able to most/ all of what you require. It will need a lot of setting up though. Its free open source and works really well for us, there are paid support options too so if you need a little hand holding for the more complicated things that should work out well for you

Do you really need to use % if all the devices are the same. Have you tried: C:\Windows\system32\windowspowershell\v1.0\powershell.exe -executionpolicy bypass -file "Install_BgInfo.ps1"

You are missing some \ in the command. Looks like they are stipped from the guide you are following. it should be: %windir%\system32\windowspowershellv1.0powershell.exe -executionpolicy bypass -file "Install_BgInfo.ps1"

To get ours to work correctly (we have extreme switches) I put them all on their own vlan and disabled IGMP Snooping on that particular vlan

Not sure about vanilla GAM but with GAM Advanced I use this: gam user [email protected] add sendas [email protected] "Name of the User"

Hello all. We are a large MAT and have just taken another junior school under our wing. They currently have 30 managed chromebooks but they are managed under another domain, now that we own both domains is it possible to transfer these 30 licenses from the old junior domain, move the chromebooks over to our main domain and then have the licenses to manage them moved over too? If so what is the procedure for this? Apologies I don't have much experience with Gsuite. Thanks in advance
