the issue being if its stuck then a reset might be needed to remove the policy as they will be still stuck with the old one profile until the update which they can't do yeah ports normally are fine and don't change, but if they updated the ports needed then that could be the issue. unfortunetely i recently moved to intune from mosyle

I had a issue with this, if you force to old connect to one ssid this could cause the wifi connection issue. But are your SSIDs stuck on WPA3 as apple has issues with connecting to this sometimes i have had to set our sites to WPA2/3 The Last update issue, for me turned out to be firewall ports which prevent mosyle from talking to the iPads check these are still in place for the internet range

if the paxton readers are detecting a card with the beep sound then you just need to push the config back to them, had to do this with some on our plus controllers otherwise try the long reboot methord above
