How're they powered I know Verkada and Halo actually connect to the infrastructure and use POE so they are "set and forget". does it also detect Marijuana like HALO with fully customisable alerts and features?

I'm in two minds about this movie, I absolutely love Borderlands always have so I'm just praying they do it justice, looks like they are a little already but I do question why Kevin Hart is Roland and why they didn't just use the OG Claptrap VA. Alas i'm still so excited to see it

Hahaha I can't see that price online! The one showing up for me is 34.89, ex vat leads it to be 29.08 which I can beat on quantities 4 and above, has to be that quantity because of carriage getting worked into pricing.

We offer Verkada and Halo here at Millgate but most of my clients go for Halo, they don't have a recurring cloud licensing cost (they do but it's optional) and they also have a few features that the Verkada one's don't. Such as the masking so if someone sprays deodorant at it the device is aware that it's deodorant and will flag the masking alert rather than giving a false positive of Vape. They also detect THC(cannabis), cigarette smoking and all types of vapes. Warranty is 5yrs but can be extended to 10yrs. The dashboard is easy to monitor and you can pull reports as well as setting it up to text alert members of staff or it can integrate with camera systems in the back end. The alerts can even be customised so you can get it to be silent on the device but contact a member of staff, have it blast out a siren or even record your own voice to say something when it's being detected. Got free trials available as well if it's something you want to explore and pricing can be whipped up easily. Echoing what DrCheese said above, you can't use the Google Nest for this, they only activate once the activation phrase "ok google" or "hey google" so they won't be able to detect decibel limits and then warn etc outside of that students if they noticed what the device is could probably have a mess around with it like asking for jokes or fart noises
