@DeGrimmy What you support ticket number please? I would like to look into your support case and to get one of our developers to look into your box if possible. We only have three open support tickets regarding lockups. We also have a large customer based running Maiden with no issues so I would like to understand your issue in more detail and get to a resolution as quickly as possible.

Yes the improvements have now been released to the cloud filter portal. If you would like me to run through them with you at some point, please let me know.

Latest update - Microsoft Edge stable v130.0.2849.56 is starting to be rolled out. This contains a fix to this issue. Confirmation can be found here. We have done some testing with this and can confirm the extension is now working correctly on this version.

Thank you for posting this. As mentioned, there is an issue with Edge 130. The engineers at Smoothwall are working hard to mitigate the problem while we wait for more information from Microsoft. As Tom has mentioned, we are currently making some improvements to how we manage YouTube. We will soon be releasing a new tab for our custom categories so you can manage Video IDs from the cloud portal. We have also been doing work on our Cloud Filter extension so it handles YouTube more effectively. If anyone is interested in a beta release of this, please reach out to me.

Yes releases are slightly staggered. Everyone should be seeing Leeds-72 now. If you are not please let me know.

Keep the ticket open for now as I know support are targeting customers. For anyone on Maiden this fix will be in Maiden 13.
