About garymagee

  1. A bit of a weird one here. I work for a school in Sussex in we had a big migration over to Bromcom about a year and a bit ago. We have a new Finance member who has joined and she requires access to our old FMS Server for some financial info. I have logged into FMS with our old admin account and it looks like I have somehow lost admin rights. I cannot edit any users or any access levels. I can even log into the "sysman" account and this doesn't have the correct permissions either. Any idea how I could reinstate these permissions or what could be causing this? All options under users are greyed out other than reset password when I click on my own account. Thanks!
  2. Hi! Just wondering if there's an update on when the next project will be released? We as a school are super keen to get Outlook on the web signatures up and running but unfortunately the current script isn't working for us Thanks Gary
  3. Hi, Outlook desktop version working absolutely perfectly. However 90% of our collegues use Office online. I have got it working to a point, where I can run the script and the box comes up to tell me to connect to Exchange online. Here do I log into the user in question who needs updating or the admin email account so I have access Exchange online? Either way no matter which account I log into there (Even with the global admin) it looks like it is going to do it but then goes "Oh dear something went wrong and disconnects from Exchange online". I see in the script it has a catch to tell it do that, but what would be the cause of this error? Any advice would be amazing! thank you
