I only have access to the current MDM and ASM account, so looks like these iPad's are a bit of a lost cause. Regardless I have scheduled an Apple Support session to see if there is any way they could be transferred over.

I have recently taken on the role of IT lead in a primary school and I'm currently trying to tidy up the mess my predecessor has left me. The biggest issue is I have half of our Apple devices in the old MDM which has expired, and the other half in a newer MDM which I will continue to use. I have contacted the old MDM provider who have given me temporary access to deactivate the MDM on the portal, having "forgotten" all the remaining devices, a factory reset has reinstalled the profile. The MDM provider have put me in the direction of Apple DEP which I do not have access too, nor the login details. Does anyone know a workaround to remove the profile on these devices, they are only a year or so old so it would be a shame to have to decommission them. TIA!
