  6. If you could get any errors that output through the upgrade it could help alot (However re-reading it would be hard to attach a screen to the cloud ) Im sure i have read about some issues upgrading to 9.10 via ssh on the ubuntu forums let me see if i can dig up the posts again.. Edit: Btw could you telnet into it at all? This any help too? http://alestic.com/2009/10/how-not-to-upgrade-to-ubuntu-910-karmic-on-amazon-ec2

  11. I was thinking about something simular and found EyeOS. Its a online web-based operating system quite a exciting project from my point of view EyeOS - Cloud Computing Operating System | Web Desktop - RIA Framework - Web Office - your files and applications everywhere I've setup a demo if you want to have a look of version 1.9 (Just a standard installation) Welcome to The Cloud I going to look at a LDAP plugin for it over the next week or so and see if it can be used for staff as a desktop away from home accessing their documents and SIMS via EyeOS. Hope this doesnt sound like a sales pitch

Afaik its not malware just rubbish that clutters up. Under the same sort of catagory as smilie packs for messenger. So just spamware, saying that though alot of sites class it as malware. Anyway havent you tried this yet? Linky

  17. If your using and plan on using mainly windows servers then id go for the .net platform. Very robust and easy to pickup.
  18. Why not go with a 5770 instead? DX11 support as well as more efficient power consumption and faster clock speeds
  19. What version of Windows are you using? WIth both Vista and Windows 7 for me it was auto detected. and a dvi or vga splitter is all thats needed.
