  1. Hi everyone, Thanks for the helpful info. Sorry about the lack of information, this is the exact: 2 Physical Servers – each consist of 2 processors and each have 16 cores per VM 8 VMs (4 VMs per physical server)
  2. Hi, What licenses do we need for the below: 2 Physical Servers – each consist of 2 processors 16 core 8 VMs Looking for Windows Server Standard
  3. Hi, If the agreement includes DsktpEdu ALNG LicSAPk OLV F 1Y Acdmc Ent 2UJ-00012, does this mean they're entitled to the free Office 365 licenses?
  4. Hi, I know Microsoft calculate FTE as working 200 hours per year but I just need some help with this calculation. "36 members of staff definitely count under Microsoft terms. 2 additional members of staff are on maternity leave till Easter. One will return, the other we don't know yet. Both are classroom based. 11 members of our staff no longer work on site. They are working at another school and are likely to continue working there until at least the end of the school year. Thus they do not work in our classrooms and have not done so since August last year. It is likely that our staff will continue to work at the other school next academic year too. 5 members of staff from the other school are working here. They are classroom based and would count under Microsoft rules if they were employed by the school." From this, I am assuming the school will still need to license the 11 staff working at the other school as they are still employed at the original school and the 5 from the other school don't need to be licensed? I would also not include the 2 on maternity? Any help appreciated!
