HI by what I remember you have to give write permissions to C:\ProgramData\Denford. under each user login Hope this helps

We had this on a HP ProDesk 400 and found and loaded the latest graphics driver (Usesp99918) this fixed are issue

Hi We are trying to run Boxford software on a Windows 10 machine and it can only be run as Administrators and I have spoken to Boxford and there is no way round this apparently. But as a school we cannot let students have local admin, has anybody got this working in their school.
