Does anyone have the 2004/20h1 update assistant? I have the one for 1909 and am wanting to update to 2004/20h1 but now the only one I can find for download is 20h2 and I am not wanting to update to this feature update so was wondering if anyone had a link to 20h1. I have an iso file updater for 20h1 but if I go this way I will have to build 5 images then image over 205 machines so just want to use the update assistant as this will be much easier Thanks

Thanks I will look at that. Was wanting the updater so I don't have to re image our test machines and then re set them up with everything they need is all.

On 20h2 roaming profiles had some issues that I was not getting with 20h1 and issues with printers were the main ones also when I tested smart it didn't boot smart ink correctly I believe there is a fix for this one on the SMART website though

Trying to update from 1909 to 2004/20h1 in a school I tries a test pc with 20h2 but there were a few issues so don't want to update that far. How can I update them to 20h1 as its only offering me 20h2 in the settings update area instead is there an update assistant that I can download for it? Thanks

Hi guys, currently running office 2016 and we are looking to upgrade the onsite computers to 2019 so they better integrate with office 365 remote students. Just got a couple of issues with it currently. we have a couple hundred computers so this will take a good amount of time to do manually. I have looked at trying to go to file accounts then update in office products but I do not have an option for this so I have a feeling I can not easily update it like this. I can only imagine two really to have it done via the network and auto rollout or I will have to manually do each computers uninstall and then the installation of 2019. So the couple questions I have are. Is there a way to auto deploy a rollout of office 2019 to install over the top of 2016 or will it have to be manual uninstall and re install of the newer version? Or is there another option? Also does it impact roaming profiles in any ways since that is the profile type that we currently use for these computers? Things like smart ink not working in office is one thing I have seen may not work Thanks for any assistance!

Hi getting all our computers up to 1909 feature update as they are all currently on 1903 and had not updated them to 1909 before lockdown so must do it now. I am only getting the option on the update menu to update to 2004 so is there any way to get a download to update them to 1909 without wiping them all and using a 1909 image?

I tried this but it just seems to create a fully locked start menu, there is no lock sign like it says there should be but its not possible to add move or add different tiles to the menu unfortunately

I have created a Start Menu which using Powershell and group policy on a computer it allows me to have it fully deployable to every user that logs on to any desired machine. This is helpful as it means the main applications are all on the start. But the issue I now have is that there is customisation for roaming profiles which may want other applications on the start if they have other highly used applications.

Nothing i can see that are incompatible, as i removed and it persists with the error even when it is started in safe mode thanks for the try though

Not sure off the top of my head because it on a number of different machines from different brands like hp acer etc, i put windows 10 on a windows 7 machine it was working on to test and it still gives the error message thanks for the thought ill have a look at any dodgy drivers

When people are trying to open links etc within outlook 2016 they are unable to as it has a pop up saying windows out of momory or resources. thought it might be an issue with ram so tried it on my machine and is saying the same thing. tried it on the windows 7 test pc and works fine so is this just an issue with windows 10 devices and any suggestions

I used aconis backup 11.7 and have put the image onto 4 computers and has worked, just having issues with the boot on that one. i have checked and all the bios settings are the same

I put an image i created created on two identical computers, one of these boots straight onto the Windows 10 operating system the other is experiencing an error. Where the info section for the error is it says "The boot selection failed because a required device is inaccessible" however when you press enter it boots correctly. any way around this error? Thanks

Had a teacher ask me to look at a projector that is quite loud, I proceeded to clean the filters etc but still as loud any suggestions?? Thanks

On windows 10 we found that the photos was not working so have installed Windows Photo Viewer with registry changes but need to set this as default across all users. Does anyone know how that would be done?? Thanks
