FaceBook has updated their privacy settings again, adding in a groups feature to improve a user's ability to limit what others can see. The new functionality allows a user to list friends in a group and decide what updates they can and cannot see. The site has also added the ability to download all content a user has posted on FaceBook to their computer.
Guides and discussions about E-Safety matters in schools are available in the E-Safety forum. The normal mantra for social networks and school staff doesn't change though, keep your profiles locked down and never add students to your friends list.
