We also screen record our testing as an additional layer of evidence. -
This is a question for those who have setup the API in Net2 6.7 onwards, did you find just enabling the service in preparation for API install cause the client to freeze and then when the API was setup by third party everything was ok? I just did some initial setup work on the API and I get the freeze behaviour just waiting on third parties. (Paxton got the same behaviour but didn't really confirm if the behaviour was because no third party was installed yet)

Exactly this I want to know exactly where the backup is. Tape library and backup is in another part of the school. Tapes then go to another building we own down the road in a fire proof safe.

We changed ours friday and it reverted over the weekend, not sure why yours hasn't. Did you change the date? if so I think it will revert on that date. -
@FragglePete If your school allows you to prepay via invoice before goods then you can just use that option. takes a little longer as a process as they confirm payment before sending.

Any users of Kyocera or Konica Minolta photocopiers?
gaz350b replied to themightymrp's topic in Hardware
We have both. One thing I like about the Kyocera is they have a design that has less parts. 15 Kyoceras here vs 2 machines in repro and the engineers seem to be on site less from Kyocera. When they are here it seems to take less time to replace parts and get them working again. We do like both companies and will probably keep it as 2 separate manufacturers going forward as we like the reduced risk it gives us with less reliance on one companies supply chain. -
Slow Internet. How do you troubleshoot?
gaz350b replied to Gongalong's topic in Internet Related/Filtering/Firewall
I would check out your top domains on smoothwall. Resource usage on the dashboard and the real time network traffic on the smoothwall and see if there is just a large number of hungry clients.
