[ipad] Getting Files off iPads

We have about 8 ipads that can be used by different departments.

 

If you have used apps like notability, how can they get the files off ? I'm tempted to set up an email account that they can use to email the work to there own account.

 

Any other suggestions ?

 

For photos I've just installed the apple driver on the machine rather than itunes so it shows up like a camera.

install i-funbox can be used to drag almost anything on and off the iPads

I know a school that has a suite of 36 iPads and that is exactly what they do; and email address such as [email protected] and the students email their work to the teacher or their own email account.

 

How do you configure you iPads?

We just use the iphone configuration utility as we don't have a mac in school. Just disabled things like app store, game center etc
