Not sure what to do with this one - it loads Windows, then says 'Please wait...' with the spinner next to it - as expected. Only it takes about 3 minutes to get to the log on screen.

I have readded to the domain, no difference - any clues?

It is a Toshiba Satellite Pro laptop.

Thanks guys!

Something one of the other techs here worked out is that Windows will also scan the local profiles on bootup for some reason causing the Please Wait issue, solution is to delete or trim the local profiles down. We have also found that unplugging the network lead during bootup and plugging it back in once we get past the Please Wait screen seems to make it very quick but that's obviously not a solution in a work/school environment. There was, I believe, a hotfix from MS for the issue but I'm not 100% that it works that well...
