Smartboard installation failed

Hi!

 

First post on here...

 

I am trying to install Smart notebook 11 onto a Windows XP machine, I have done this multiple times with no issue. The bit that is very different is that Win XP is installed on an iMac.

 

I have SP3 which was the first problem but now can't get passed this.

 

It's saying that the installation didn't succeed and gives an "exit code" 1625.

 

It asks me to start the installation again but the same happens.

 

Does anyone know the problem and/or solution to this?

Make sure you have windows installer v4.5 installed.
