Serco Facility 12.3 Files???

Does anyone know where I can get the Serco 12.3 upgrade? We will need to submit the census after the upgrade but we have ceased our support contract as we are moving to another provider.

 

Can anyone help?

I would say your first port of call would have to be Serco support or your LA support if available. Any other source would be against Serco's Licence agreement.

From there [once you have logged on you should be able to navigate the website to the download area and get the 12.3 release files]

 

You will need a username and password to be able to proceed past the URL above. We got our username from Serco when we moved over to Facility Administration/ePortal from SIMS.
