Great product and support. It does everything we wanted it to do and they gave us the best price than anyone when I was expecting it to be more than most seeing as it was the one I really favoured Both support direct from sales at ESET and the reseller here in Canada were great! kirchie Posted January 7, 2013 Posted January 7, 2013 We use ESET as well (site license covers OSX and Windows). I've never had to contact them for help, but my colleague has rung them up for help and was singing their praises.
