I've just seen Hotmails Outlook & I like it.

I've got some pics of the Office 365 UI on my blog, it's a cross between the Outlook.com style and OWA.

 

Personally I think the Windows 8 Mail app should've used the Outlook.com style as it's much easier on the eye
