HAP 8.6

Hi Nick

 

I have just tried to upgrade my 8.0 HAP to version 8.6 and it has messed it up!

 

Luckily its not live yet but i have just downloaded 8.6 to "start again" which i am not happy about and now it seems like the website is just a plain text website and where images should be there are the red crosses. Once again, i have followed the instructions but they don't seem to work.

 

Are you able to help me out on this issue.

Update: I have managed to sort the issue with the images not being displayed, there was a line in the web.config file. However i seriously think all these points/issues should be documented.

 

Now i am into the web portal of HAP, i keep getting a Not Found error message and it wont let me change anything within HAP. I cannot get to the Config site or the My Files side of things.

Hi,

 

Have you removed the read-only attribute from the directory? When the zip is unzipped, the RO attribute for files/folders tends to linger.
