localzuk Posted December 14, 2012 Posted December 14, 2012 We have one of those Energy Display Meters that the government funded to go into schools, but it seems to have stopped working. However, we have no idea either how to reset it or anyone's contact details to get someone out to fix it! Any ideas how we could get it fixed? I can connect directly to the device via its IP address but all the links don't work, they return 'Page not found'.

Matt My experience of them is that they break constantly. We've only had this one working for a few days at a time, then it breaks again. So for the last 18 months no-one bothered with it!

So for the last 18 months no-one bothered with it! Precisely why our schools stopped using them, they're just so unreliable and we agreed as a company we would stop supporting it as we were getting emegergency call outs for the flipping things! Matt
