all tests came back ok? But there not......

on inbound smtp? If you open the exchange management console and go to toolbox and queue viewer do you see them sitting there?

And does an external user get a bounce?

Plenty of space on the server? Re-start SMTP service.

If the external connector is saying SMTP is functioning then its more likely to be Microsoft Exchange Transport.

1. Up the protocol logging on the Receive connector for the internet mail and check if it's hitting your Exch server.

2. Send a test message and use MT to see if was accepted & routed & delivered.

3. Maybe describe your topology for routing in more detail. Firewall/NAT/

4. Any changes made?

5. Post RCA results from SMTP tests (Inbound).
