Need to make Drupal site for uni project

It has to be work based something that we could put in place (but dont have to)

 

I was thinking a document repository for policies etc as the shared folder they are stored in is an absolute mess!

 

So i could do with some theme and module recommendations for above job.

 

Anyone seen anything they think will help?

 

Yes, it does have to be Drupal and Drupal 6 at that! :/

Drupal has some nice internationalisation add-ins where you can have multiple versions of the same page in different languages (you supply the translation yourself) and users can switch between them at will - might be some kind of use for Languages in that?
