Converting Backup Virtual Machines

We currently have an ESXi Server which has 5 servers within it. I export a backup of each server on a regular basis. Does anyone know how to convert this .XVA backup VM to something that will open up in virtualbox or Hyper-V.

What software are you using to take the backups?

I take a snapshot and export as a backup using XenCenter

do you mean vcenter? you best bet is get veeam free, or Veeam copy this will make full copy of your vms but you have to run manually. paid veeam Ian scheduled
