Frog VLE crashes

Hi Guys

 

i was wondering if you guys can help me..

well basically i have done fresh install of windows on the machines , i have installed all the softwares on the machines, inc updates etc and ncomputing for virtualiser.

everything seems to fine, until the when the kids logon and goes to frog vle, it crashes in ie8 and ie9.

can any1 tell me what can i get this frog vle to go smoothly..

Is this just on your ncomputing machines?

Yeh we have got ncomputing , which a machine connects 6 monitors ..could that be a problem??

have you tried technical support? and asked why this is happening... do you have a support package with FROG?
