Hyper-V Server 2012 - where the download?

I can't find Hyper-V Server 2012 standalone download anywhere, despite lots of references saying it's been available for a few months.

 

Download.microsoft.com only has docs for Hyper-V 2012, but not the ISO.

 

Am I being dim?

I know Hyper-V is a role on Server 2012, but that's not what I want. I want the free standalone edition, installed from an ISO.
