Electronic Time Sheet App with signatures for clients

Hi All

 

I am wondering if anyone knows of or uses Electronic time sheets. I look after quite a large team who visit clients on a weekly or fortnightly basis. We are looking for something that will enable us to log the times a technician arrives and leaves with the ability for a client to electronically sign at the end of each visit this will then be emailed back to the office. We are having some timekeeping issues it would also be useful if we could log some of the jobs. What does everyone else use or does anyone know of an APP that we can use. This can also be used should we do anything that is not within normal hours ie remoting into the site or doing work off site that is not part of the normal visit so that this can be seen by the management also

depends on how much you are willing to spend on it up digital pens to either a sharepoint site or similar may do . You could also use it for uploading notes back onto a machine for builds etc.
