Hi Stuart, Yep we are seeing the same with two sites. We've been unable to move to their inline due to building work and COVID ( being a hub school ) I have also logged a ticket

We looked into this ourselves to see if we could offer anything, the DFE seem to only allow from what I’ve read Google Partners or Microsoft Partners. Might be wrong on that but I’ve tried to contact the DFE to be added to the list as we are rural and no partners around but no replies

If you can afford it LGFL have been the best I’ve seen and I work across Cheshire, Lancashire, Liverpool & Sefton. Any others have always had issues and problems

I think a bit more communication would be good, it seems when things go wrong your support go dark and then we have nothing to relay back to our clients / customers. A phone message to say you have issues instead of being on hold would be beneficial. Think we all need to see better service and more stability.

Hi I am wanting to put Sims into the class rooms but the existing setup has the admin and curriculum on separate ranges and separate switches. We tried to ask for the passwords for Solus so we could get our Sims guy to do the work but were quickly shutdown by BT and told we are not allowed it ( absolute madness ) Question can I just put the Admin team onto the curriculum network ensuring that we apply the relevant security levels etc ? Then install Sims onto the class machines ? Thanks

Yep down for me as well the service needs improving David @SchoolsBroadband this is on going for us 70% of support requests are because of your company !!!!

We have had issues since the start of term with Schools Broadband and not getting far with them at all. One of our site's shows on the Wagent that its a staff member yet all pages are being blocked as pupil, happens every day sometimes it works fine other times it does not. Another site paid for an upgrade which has not improved their performance at all Now having to voice things here as no one seems to get the level of urgency !!!!!!!!

Hi Guys We are trying to setup a VOIP system for one of our primaries. Initially we were going to use Voiphone who told us everything would work the way we wanted but now we have purchased the 15 phones we find out they are unable to do this. Basically we want : 3 Office phones ( able to dial out and receive and forward to class extnesions ) 12 extensions ( unable to dial out but can receive forwarded calls from the main office ad call other class's/main office) We have just purchased Snom handsets so we need a system that will work with this only Any help appreciated

Thanks for the reply I have tried to add the new 2016 domain to the Linux server but I get domain can not be contacted the machines already connected to the domain are fine but try and connect a new machine and it won’t work. I’m adding it via system which I presume is the correct way ? I also tried to install RSAT on the working pc but it can not find the domain yet logging on etc is fine

Hi Guys I have inherited a school that has a CentOS 7 server and Windows 10 devices. The Cent OS has some form of Windows / AD Addon but I have no knowedlge of this whatsoever. What I would like to do is migrate the AD side of CentOS over to the Windows server and then remove the Cent OS server all together. Could anyone point me in the right direction. So far I have created a new Server 2016 box and tried to join this to the CentOS domain but it wont allow me too although all the Windows 10 machines are connected up with no issues. Any help most appreciated

Hi We have a smoothwall box provided by our LA we want to just block Google Images but are still awaiting an SSL Cert from them. Just wondering if there is a way to block it without as I have tried to change the content but its still showing Thanks

I have two sites one uses Emerge and the other the Teacher App I would go with the Teacher App it has a lot more functions and easily accessible off site if needed, Good Luck

I would like to set this up but am wondering does this need to be installed onto the schools webspace in order to work for example to get http://www.schoolname.co.uk/hap or does IIS host this and if so how does it communicate with the outside world ? Hi Guys Been trying t figure this out but its now driving me insane. I am trying to Import users into passenger with passwords I have created a CSV file with Full Name, Short Name & Password. When I import the file into Server Manager all appears to be fine once I try to logon with the user it will not accept the password in the CSV Any help majorly appreciated as I need to import 650 users by yesterday as always Cheers
