Monitors with three year next day warranty

I know they are more money but who else apart from Dell offers the same warranty on their monitors?

Isn't that standard on most? I've had Viewsonic, Samsung, Acer and even ProView screens all swapped next day if logged before around 2pm the day before. Certainly Viewsonic for the one failure out we've had out of 120 screens was next day and its 3 year warranty.

 

Biggest thing with these is don't smartwater your monitors they won't do them as next day swap-outs and if they find it on afterwards they will bill you for a new screen / arrange to fix and return your broken one as they cannot cycle them around as your smartwater is on someone elses screen etc....

I looked at lg and Samsung at web says 2? Which are 3 that you have seen please?

It may be worthwile if thread posters describe their experiences of each specific vendors warranty process.

 

I myself have had excellent service from IIYAMA monitors on the very odd occassion I needed to call upon them under warranty but absolute nightmares with Samsung and BenQ with next day turning into 3 months in one case.

 

With the price of a monitor nowadays and the cost of shipping them back and forth not many of the manufacturers even bother with a return they dont even what the defective ones back.

Just a copy of the purchase invoice, serial number and wait for the courier.

Can one really expect 3yr next day swap out on a display worth £70?

I suspect most vendors dont expect people to even bother.

Great Idea. The AOC I2352VH has brilliant reviews but before buying would like to know as you say what is it like in reality for next day warranty. Also if you use this monitor what is it like. PC Pro and exper review love it?
