phreak Posted June 28, 2007 Posted June 28, 2007 Starcraft Rocks!!!! I played this last weekend against a friend. Unfortuntly because my friend is an idiot he dropped me and we didn't actually finish a game. I love nothing better than a nice long Starcraft multiplayer game. HUGE map, 2 or 3 players, maybe one computer player just for a laugh and go for it. Terran is my favorite but Protoss is good as well. I love that point of the game where the map is pretty much bled dry of resources and I have most of them then I just let loose with my fleet of battle cruisers/carriers and then just sit back and watch the chaos. Mwuuuahaahaa
gwendes Posted June 29, 2007 Author Posted June 29, 2007 I like Terran too - play fastest maps with 50000 minerals and 10 gas vesyers and as long as someone doesn't rush you can have a decent 3v3 or 4v4... I tend to never give up until the last building... flying my buildings around and trying to remain hidden long enough to build another little base - and get some battlecruisers in the air!

phreak Posted July 2, 2007 Posted July 2, 2007 The Original Warcraft was great at the time and Warcraft was even better. W3 was good but I dunno, I kinda got bored with it. I think it was because there were other games out at the time and I was more interested in them but it was still a good game with some add's from the previous title. Starcraft single player was quality and Brood wars finished off the first title nicely. Play it before you decide to go online and try take anyone on as it will give you a nice flavour of all the different races and an idea on good tactics.
