Ranger >>>>> Vanilla Windows

Well i have just took over a new primary school and there have ranger installed on the server.

 

What is the easiest way to uninstall this and go back to a vanilla windows server. I have never used ranger so i don't have clue how to work it or how to remove it correctly.

It's unobtrusive enough just to uninstall from the server and rebuild the stations - it doesn't embed itself massively like the CC systems.

First you have to uninstall Ranger on all workstations by login as “rangersetup” then at last on the server.

do you have to go physcially to the machine and uninstall it or can you do it with a script?

My knowledge of it is rather ancient, but we stripped it out and had to visit every machine (this was 3 years ago...)
