Any Meraki experts?

From the web gui I've used the iOS mobile device management section to create and put on a test ipad the Meraki Management Profile.

 

However Monitor -> Clients remains blank - should the iPAD instantly appear?

 

I'm using a MERU wirless infrastructure.

From the iPAD I can get on the app store, add apps, browse etc so I seem to have full web access from it through the meru network.

Should be instant. We've found the iPad doesn't check-in with Meraki when it's on our LAN, but works fine offsite - the firewall is blocking ports that MSM uses.

 

IP Addresses: *.meraki.com, *.amazon.com

TCP ports: 80, 443, 2195-2196, 5223, 5228, 60000-60100

it's better to do it via IP address from what Meraki recommend. A Full list of Firewall infromation can be found here
