User Account Creation OS X Server - Script

We have to create a number of users in Mountain Lion Server - Does anyone have an Apple Script or such like to automatically create accounts and folder shares?

In the past I have used this - Passenger: The Mac Server Account Creation Utility

You could import a CSV file from SIMS. All you need is First Name, Sirname, Desired username. You can then import with a present which would have the group and home folder selected.
