Advice on what product to use

I work for a Primary school that has just become a Teaching school aswell. I have currently cobbled together a website that has embedded Google docs to take bookings and questions about courses that are being run.

 

I need to come up with somthing a little more appropriate. I was thinking of using Word Press. The site has to be able to display all courses available, take bookings, have a calendar and have the ability to upload files. I would also like to the users to be available to see three of four of the lateset courses available. Can anyone recommend a course of action for me please?
