CC4.3 and Printers

I need a little assistance, is anyone on CC4.3 and can help me with installing printers. We have moved from CC4 and have lost networked printers.

 

Before you point me to RM, RM courses etc if anyone is able to answer a few questions via PM/email then if they can get in contact that would be great.
