File Server Resource Manager - Quota Templates Vanished

We had a problem with a share on our file server the other week and ended up having to temporarily re-assign and change the drive letter of our main file share. Since doing that all of the FSRM quota templates have vanished? The quotas themselves are all still there though.

 

I've been trying to find a guide online that describes how/where FSRM stores these templates but haven't had any sucess so far. I'd guess it would be saved in a location in the Windows folder (system drive itself) as it presumably wouldn't make sense to store the templates on each drive individually so I was surprised when these vanished?

 

Does anyone know how FSRM stores the quota template data and if there's any way we can recover these quotas?
