Active Directory Web Front End

Hi everyone,

 

Can you any of you recommend a web end for controlling active directory?

At the moment I use remote desktop to connect to my active directory from my ipad but I reckon it would be easier if there was a web front end.

I've done a search and found a few, this one looks like it has potential:

Any comments or recommendations would be appreciated.

What about an app instead? Mobile Admin - Remote IT Management for Android, iPhone, iPad and Blackberry - it has an ipad app.

The one you linked is thousands of dollars for licenses, so I assumed you didn't mind paying.

Apps 5 (App Store - AD HelpDesk) and 6 (App Store - ADManager Mobile) on the link I gave above seem like they will do this.

 

There is a free version of number 5 (App Store - AD HelpDesk Lite) but that doesn't have a native iPad interface apparently, but it might be you can try it out, see if it does what you want then buy it if you are using an iPad. :-)

AD Helpdesk as per recommendations above does everything required, OR, use ADLDAP for PHP from Download adLDAP to knock up your own...
