We're a small company in the world of web designing and looking to move into the education sector.

Your 'portfolio' pages don't validate at the W3C. They're also difficult to navigate (impossible in the case of City Living) in a text-based browser such as Links - this has serious implications for accessibility, screen readers etc.

 

If you don't charge for the implementation, what do you charge for - a fancy template?

We'll just charge for design. No catches. We don't use templates, the site will be unique to you. We don't believe in using templates!! That's a swear word to us!

Was it to tell him you have crashed his web server? I've just had a look and got "cannot find server"!!

I run all my sites on IIS / Microsoft and they are solid as rocks. I even had a friend say that he could bring my IIS box down, 2hrs later he gave up and he has brought many down before, if you know how to work it your fine.
