Impero: Are You Responsive

I suspect this should probably be a support ticket, but I figured I'd ask here anyway

 

Since we upgraded to 3502, about half the machines just vanish out of impero, if you go poke them with a stick the contents of serverip.txt have been changed to

 

AREYOURESPONSIVE

 

These are machines that had previously appeared in Impero as online and running the 3502 client. Anyone have ideas why it's broken?

As you said the best thing is raise a support ticket it maybe something to do with .net framework get a ticket raised and I am sure we can get it resolved.

hmm, I'll have a look at the Secure Assess thing as that is installed in some places (but I don't think its only those machines).

 

I'll probably raise the ticket in September though, I'll fix it as best I can over the summer and see how it goes.
