Moodle Help Desk/Spiceworks

If Anyone can help me at all, then please set forward

 

Over summer, the secondary school i work for are moving from moodle 1.9 to moodle 2.2.2

 

we currently use the help desk block to track any issues with our network and VLE

i need help with either:

1) re-writing the block to work on moodle 2.2 platform

OR

2) writing a new block to intergrate 'Spiceworks' onto the moodle platform

 

if there are any programmers out there that think they can do this then please help
